There are 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, a laundry room and mechanical room. These rooms are at the rear of the house, all with 8' ceilings.
The remaining area, area approximately 20' x 30' is an open "great room" with ceilings over 11 ft' high. The kitchen is defined by the U spaped cabinets, a raised fireplace sits diagonally in a corner, visible from the whole room. French doors open to the front (water side) deck and a second door off the kitchen gives access to the barbeque area at the side.
