The Anchorage is a form of development that is new to Nova Scotians in general. It falls under a condominium structure and therefore the entire acreage has been divided into 30 sites for homes to be built upon. There is a common sewage treatment plant and a common well system in place. As in any condominium structure, one owns only to the outside of the gyproc wall and from there on out, the condominium corporation, which happens to be Lunenburg Condo Corp #19, shares ownership of the common area. Each unit will have exclusive use space around each unit, along with 2 parking spaces. Each will be landscaped to provide as much privacy as possible for each owner.

Each house is pre-sold and will be built in phases. There are three Phases in the development and currently Phase I is completed and the sale of Phase II is 80% complete. Phase Three is now on the market with some 3 storey units, garage option and decks on every floor.

Ocean Access Moorings and Docking Rights

Deep Cove is nice deep hurricane hole for sailors to seek refuge. The channel is approximately a mile long and is aptly named. The Anchorage at Deep Cove will feature a 142 foot dock, which will provide common walking access and those who wish to purchase "Exclusive Use" berths may do so on a first-come, first-served basis.
